Returns and right of withdrawal

Version of 18 October 2026. Information on the right of withdrawal from distance contracts (Directive 2011/83/EU, Romanian GEO 34/2014) and on returns under guarantee.

1. The 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; if the goods of one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last item. You may also withdraw before delivery.

The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers (natural persons buying outside their trade or profession).

2. How to withdraw

You inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement within the period above. The easiest ways:

• online, without an account: the withdrawal form — enter the order number and your e-mail address, choose the products and send the statement; you immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with the date and time we received it;
• from your account: on the order, the "Withdraw from the contract" button;
• by e-mail to contact@be-loud.eu or by post to our working point, optionally using the model form below.

The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14 days have expired.

3. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day you told us you withdraw, to: București, Șos. Vitan-Bârzești 9A, corp E, sector 4, România. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product delivered is wrong or defective. Please pack the products so that they are not damaged in transit and include the order number.

4. Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose) and the handling and packing fee if you withdraw from the whole order, within 14 days of the day we were informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, unless agreed otherwise; the refund costs you nothing. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to the account you give us.

Products sold by a partner. If the product was sold by a partner seller, the seller named in the order confirmation is the party you withdraw from; the payment was collected by us on its behalf, and we make the refund, within the same 14 days and by the same means of payment. You may address the withdrawal to us, through the online form or from your account, and we pass it on to the seller.

5. Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling them in another way (for example installation in a vehicle, cut cables, signs of use, missing accessories or original packaging damaged beyond what was necessary); in that case we may deduct the diminished value from the refund.

6. Exceptions

Under Article 16 of GEO 34/2014 the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example a product cut or made to the dimensions you asked for);
• sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that were unsealed after delivery (for example navigation maps, software licences);
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

A product that has been installed in a vehicle or used does not fall under this list, but you are liable for its diminished value (section 5).

8. Defective or non-conforming products (guarantee)

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you have the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery: you may ask for the product to be repaired or replaced and, where that is not possible, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Open a return request in your account with the reason "defective product" or write to contact@be-loud.eu with the order number and a description of the problem. We bear the transport cost of a non-conforming product.

9. After you send the request

Withdrawal and return requests reach our team, which confirms receipt and the next steps (including, where applicable, the shipping label). The status of the request is visible in your account.
