Description

CTK Electro WaveFix 15 is a self-adhesive, profiled sound absorbing foam with Memory Effect, developed primarily for electric vehicles. A polyurethane-latex composite makes it easy to apply without losing efficiency: it recovers its shape after compression and adapts to the space behind interior trim.

It is very effective on mid and high frequencies and reduces unwanted noise in the 150 Hz to 1000 Hz range. The material does not sustain combustion and works from -40 °C to +100 °C. A reinforced adhesive backing makes installation more robust. Use it in dry, protected interior areas such as behind door cards, in the trunk trim and in side panels, over a vibration damping layer; it does not replace vibration damping on bare metal.
