Order cancellation policy

Version of 2 October 2026. This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on be-loud.eu and when we may cancel it.

1. Cancellation by you

You can cancel an order free of charge, in full or for some products, as long as it has not been handed to the courier. To cancel:

  • write to contact@be-loud.eu or call 0788 315 434, with the order number and the products you want to cancel;
  • or use the online withdrawal form, which also works before dispatch.

We confirm the cancellation by e-mail. If your request arrives after the parcel was handed to the courier, we treat it as a withdrawal from the contract (14-day return) under the Returns policy; you may also refuse the parcel on delivery.

A card order whose payment failed does not need to be cancelled: it stays unpaid in your account and you can pay it again or let it expire.

2. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order, in full or in part, before dispatch in these cases:

  • the product is no longer available from us or the supplier, or the delivery time becomes much longer than shown, and you do not accept the new time;
  • the price or description was obviously wrong because of a technical error and you do not accept the correct price;
  • the payment has not been confirmed within 7 days of the order (card or bank transfer);
  • the delivery or contact details are incomplete or wrong and we cannot reach you;
  • there are reasonable signs of fraud or unauthorised use of a card;
  • the product cannot be delivered to the chosen country (for example a country sales restriction).

We tell you by e-mail, with the reason.

3. Refund after cancellation

Any amount paid for the cancelled products, including the delivery cost when the whole order is cancelled, is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation, by the same means of payment (for card payments the amount goes back to the card; when it shows on your statement depends on your bank). Cancelling costs you nothing.
