Digital services: contact points and reporting (DSA)
Version of 12 October 2026. be-loud.eu hosts product listings, customer questions and reviews, and offers of partner sellers. This page gives the information that Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and the Romanian law applying it require from us as an intermediary service and online marketplace.
1. Point of contact for authorities (Article 11)
Member States' authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us, directly and electronically, at contact@be-loud.eu, marked "DSA – authority". Languages: Romanian and English. We are established in Romania; the Digital Services Coordinator for Romania is ANCOM (www.ancom.ro).

2. Point of contact for users (Article 12)
You can reach us, directly and quickly, at contact@be-loud.eu or by phone on 0788 315 434; see also the Contact page. We answer in Romanian or English, and in your language where we can. The virtual assistant on the site is not the only way: on request it passes your message to our team, and you can write to us at any time.
3. Report illegal content or a dangerous product (Article 16)
If you find content on be-loud.eu that you consider illegal (for example a review, a question, a listing text or an image), or a product you consider unsafe, tell us with the report form. You do not need an account. The form asks for:
- the exact web address (URL) of the content or product;
- an explanation of why it is illegal or unsafe, and, if you can, the law concerned;
- your name and e-mail address (so that we can confirm receipt and send you our decision; without them we cannot answer);
- your statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, assess every report carefully, objectively and without undue delay, and tell you our decision, the reasons for it and the possibilities for redress. Automated means are not used to decide a report.
4. Content we restrict, and why you are told (Articles 14 and 17)
The rules for content you send us (reviews, questions, messages to the assistant) are in section 12 of the Terms and conditions. If we remove, reject or restrict content you sent, or restrict your account, we send you a statement of reasons: what we did, the facts and circumstances, the legal or contractual ground, whether automated means were used, and how to contest the decision.
5. Contesting a decision (Articles 20 and 21)
You can contest a decision of ours (about a report you made, about your content or your account) free of charge, within six months of the decision, by replying to the e-mail that told you the decision or by writing to contact@be-loud.eu. A person with the right qualifications reviews it and tells you the outcome without undue delay. You may also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Regulation, or to the courts.
6. Sellers on be-loud.eu (Articles 30 to 32)
For products that only a partner seller has in stock, the product page and the checkout name the seller and give its name, registered office, phone, e-mail and trade register number, and say that it is a trader. Partner sellers are identified before they are admitted, and declare that they offer only products that comply with EU law. If we learn that a product you bought is illegal, we tell you, the seller and what you can do about it.
7. Recommendations and advertising (Articles 26 and 27)
The main parameters of search results, category lists and recommendations, and how you can influence them, are described on the page How we rank and recommend. be-loud.eu shows no advertising of third parties and takes no payment for a better position.
8. Transparency report (Articles 15 and 24)
MT Software Consulting SRL is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC (fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover below EUR 2 million). It is therefore exempt from the obligations of Section 3 of the Regulation (Articles 20 to 28) and from the annual transparency report (Article 15(2)), and, as a micro-enterprise, from Section 4 (Articles 30 to 32). We apply the notice-and-action procedure, the statements of reasons and the points of contact described on this page, and we keep the seller information and complaint handling described here as voluntary practice. The average monthly number of active recipients of the service in the Union is far below the thresholds of the Regulation; we will publish the figure on this page six months after launch and update it every six months.
